Good Morning All, I am no longer a Close to my Heart Consultant. I am focusing on my Art, Paper Crafting, and Sewing. I am also starting to be at more Art and Craft Shows. I plan to post Pictures of projects, date, locations, and time of the shows I will be attending, and other items that are interesting. Stay reading and I will try to keep posting interesting things.

March - Spring Starts

Spring

 I love Spring, working in the garden, great spring storms, and wild flowers. Where I live in the Central California Foot Hills we are blanketed with green grasses, and a vivid display of wildflowers. 

Living in such a beautiful setting is inspiring. It has inspired me to work in my garden, planting onions, potatoes, and Green Zinna's Just to name a few. I am waiting on some additional wildflower seeds to through in my grass here.

By chance, Ming’s mother found an Operation Smile™ flyer advertising the November 2007 mission in Cambodia. Ming and his grandmother traveled five hours in an overcrowded taxi from Odong Mein Chey province to the Khmer-Soviet Hospital in Phnom Penh to be considered for surgery. Before his operation, Ming didn’t want to go to school because the neighborhood children were scared of him and would not let him play with them. Would you like to make the adorable cards shown above? If you answered Yes, then let me know as space is limited. I am also supplying everything you need to make the card. Each person will leave with two cards that they have made. 

I am in the process of finding the space, and deciding on a date. If you would like to attend, please let me know what time works well for you, also which days.

I will update this as we work out the details.

Lastly, 

Have you ever wondered how those great cards and beautifully laid out scrapbook page were designed. Are you the type of person that just like to follow patterns, and not worry if one cardstock/paper matches or works with another cardstock/paper?
